Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for judging acceptability of raw materials, in-process and finished products of questionable quality and for executing appropriate next steps. Authority to approve first article inspection documentation for customer submission. Authorized to audit processes and provide corrective actions. Authorized to recommend to hire inspectors and technicians. In alignment with the Quality Manager, ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication and resolution of Quality issues.
