J ob Description:

Seeking a skilled Mold Technician for a hands-on technical position. Responsibilities include molding machine setups, start-ups, operation, and shut-downs. The successful candidate will perform mold changes, lockout/tagout, machine start-ups, mold setting, and material handling. You will also ensure that machines, molds, and equipment are properly functioning and maintained.

Shift/Pay:

• 1 opening on 1st shift (7:00 AM-3:00 PM) and 1 opening on 2nd shift (3:00 PM-11:00 PM)

• Monday-Friday with overtime available

• Up to $24+ depending on experience

• Opportunity to further education and gain certifications

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Vicksburg, Michigan.

Work Environment

The role is set in a typical injection molding/automotive manufacturing environment. The plant can get warm during the summer and is heavily utilized, making it a busier setting. Recent initiatives for continuous improvement and kaizen have significantly organized the workspace.
