Description
My client, a growing global technology firm is looking for a senior revenue accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's revenue recognition based on US GAAP, ensuring compliance with various standards and regulations, and supporting the preparation of statutory audits.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the company’s revenue recognition in accordance with US GAAP standards.
Ensure precise and accurate reporting of revenue recognition, maintaining full compliance with ASC 606.
Develop, document, and enforce robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
Audit and monitor commission calculations.
Support and manage the preparation and execution of statutory audits.
Collaborate and coordinate with various cross-functional teams within the company.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX regulations, and established accounting policies.

Requirements
• Must possess at least 2 years of experience.
• Previous public accounting (audit) experience is highly preferred
• Big 4 experience highly preferred.
• CPA or parts passed highly preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding of ASC 606 is essential.
• Experience with SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley is a significant plus.
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must have a high level of integrity and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to meet strict deadlines.
