REQUIREMENTS: No experience required. Required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds. Comfort and accuracy with cash handling/ ringing sales. Must be detail oriented and have an enthusiastic attitude. JOB DESCRIPTION: Communicate effectively with Guests, Members of Management, and Store Associates. Uphold company standards for merchandising presentation. Ability to generate sales, add-on and develop relationships with guests. Ensure that the guests remain the top priority. Ability to work under moderate supervision, and to communicate with others in a clear and confident manner.
