Early College is seeking candidates for the position of Learning Coach. This is a part-time position in which the successful candidate will be integrated into our Early College program at Area 31 and the Wayne Township Ninth Grade Center. The learning coach position is designed to provide one-on-one or small group support for early college students at Area 31 and the Wayne Township Ninth Grade Center. The learning coach will work closely with both Wayne and VU faculty and staff to monitor the academic progress as well as seek positive and viable solutions for students who are struggling with courses in the Early College setting. Early College at Area 31 is a partnership between Vincennes University and Wayne Township School Corporation. It is located on the west side of Indianapolis, Indiana. Previous experience in a K-12 or post-secondary setting is preferred but not required. Area 31 is an endorsed Early College in the MSD of Wayne Township Schools located on the west side of Indianapolis. This position is for a learning coach who works for Vincennes University.
