Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable data and invoices in an effective manner.

• Ensuring accurate record-keeping of accounts payable information.

• Handling customer inquiries related to accounts payable.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks.

• Operating Workday ERP system for data entry and account management.

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking the necessary action for any discrepancies.

• Ensuring data entry tasks are completed with high speed and accuracy.

• Working in a high-volume environment and prioritizing tasks accordingly.

• Coding invoices accurately to maintain organized records.

• Executing the tasks in a highly organized manner without the need for constant supervision. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounts Payable (AP) role or similar

• Demonstrated experience with Coding Invoices

• Proficiency in Data Entry and Invoice Processing

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience with Workday ERP system

• Possess strong numerical and analytical skills

• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of accounting and finance

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field would be advantageous.
