Aston Carter Proposal Coordinator in Virginia Beach, Virginia

Job Title: Proposal CoordinatorJob Description

As a Proposal Coordinator, you will closely support the international sales team alongside the Proposal Team. Your main responsibilities include preparing proposal response structures and drafts for completion by SMEs, communicating with multiple departments such as IT, Engineering, and Project Management to gather and accurately maintain proposal information, and collaborating with Proposal Managers and the Proposal Team to coordinate proposal responses. You will also complete assigned proposal documents and other proposal-related tasks, lead DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprises) Outreach Efforts, administrate FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) Requests and NDAs with subcontractors, update Sales Lists and Standard Documents, and handle Spare Parts price requests and process orders.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Chesapeake, Virginia and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule- 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Typical 8-5 office hours. Reports to Director of Proposal Management, with 5 total on Proposal Team including this individual (Director, 2 Managers and another Coordinator).
