The Opportunity:

CACI is currently looking for a motivated, customer-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) program.

Responsibilities:

  • Standardization of quality management approach

  • Internal audit support to assess our quality posture (technical and non-technical), develop and implement processes and procedures to increase quality and monitor quality going forward

  • Quality plan development and capture of quantitative metrics to assess quality

  • Responsible for evaluating, recommending, and implementing quality tools and strategies

  • Designs, implements, and conducts test and quality evaluation procedures to ensure requirements are met

  • Develops, maintains, and upgrades quality verification procedures and architectures

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active SECRET Clearance or attainable

  • 5 years’ experience and a BA/BS degree

  • 5 years of experience supporting high-level & senior Government customers or high visibility projects

  • Ability to provide guidance and resolution for team members regarding quality initiatives

  • Demonstrated success in influencing others regarding system design, solutions, and procedures

  • Ability to prioritize requests, set expectations for task completion, and provide task status

  • Have meticulous attention-to-detail and effective professional written and oral correspondence

Desired:

  • 5+ years as a Quality Manager

  • Proven success developing processes and leading quality initiatives

  • Proven success in developing quality enhancing processes and procedures

  • Proven success in developing training/learning programs

  • Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,200-$130,600
