Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an RDS Deposit Processor in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As an RDS Deposit Processor, your main role will be to handle and process checks received from clients and vendors. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate records and resolving any issues related to receipts.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently use the online platform for electronic depositing of checks received from clients and vendors.

• Conduct thorough research for deposit items.

• Collaborate with team members to address any issues related to receipts before depositing.

• Ensure to obtain endorsements and send checks to third-party entities.

• Generate and respond to daily tasks promptly.

• Leverage your spreadsheet skills to manage Accounts Receivable.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry.

• Ensure strong attention to detail and retention of pertinent information.

• Exhibit strong work ethic and a sense of urgency in the tasks assigned.

• Foster a team environment and showcase strong organizational skills. Requirements • Prior experience of 1 year or more in a similar role or field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and managing data

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to process and handle deposits accurately and efficiently

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of integrity and confidentiality with handling financial information

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards is a plus.
