JOB TITLE – Key Account Manager DEPARTMENT - Marketing LOCATION –Rue d'Artois, France WORKING PATTERN- Hybrid - 2 days working from home TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS- Frequent trips throughout France, a few trips abroad. What will you be doing: Responsible for development and leading the implementation of the business plan of selected key accounts; achieves the objectives set; Main contact and referent person for key customers. Key functions * Ability to build, drive and coordinate the actions of different departments to create win-win solutions for the customer and the company. * Develops annual business plans to achieve turnover targets, results and associated business objectives, as well as any action, means of development or management/monitoring the accounts that would achieve these objectives with concerns of customer need and financial impact monitoring (KPI, dashboards) * Drive the customer's overall lens growth by activating the category's key levers. * Gets action plans approved by clients’ decision makers and internal stakeholders. * Prepares a range of specific programs based on past experiences, evaluation, and recognized to deliver a convincing financial result. * Analysis of results and efficacity and activates the associated levers of understanding - shares its analyses with the team. * Manages and controls expenses in accordance with the budget. * Provides, on time, a forecast and a precise planning tool using the practices of S&OP. * Extracts from encrypted and factual insights to support forecasts and additional business plans. * Develops and maintains good and effective professional relationships with customers. * Ensure regular contact with sales, customers, marketing, finance and technical support. * Ensure information and reporting. What skills and experience should you have? Experience * Experience of key account manager function (and/or similar commercial position) * Masters degree or equivalent Knowledge & skills: * Ability to focus on and with key customer. * Ability to conduct and conclude multi-variable negotiations “win-win." * Planning, communication and negotiation skills. * Have a creative approach to take advantage of all opportunities.
