In our ‘always on’ world, we believe it’s essential to have a genuine connection with the work you do.

RUCKUS Networks builds and delivers purpose-driven networks that perform in the tough, unique environments of the industries we serve. Leveraging network assurance and enterprise-wide automation driven by AI and machine learning (ML), we empower our customers to deliver exceptional experiences for every employee, guest, customer, student and resident who counts on those networks to connect with their digital lives.

How You'll help us connect the world:

You will lead global market and business development efforts for Industry 4.0, with a focus on key verticals such as smart manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. Your mission will be to position RUCKUS CommScope as a top-tier solution provider, collaborating closely with the sales teams to meet both short- and long-term revenue goals. As the subject matter expert on technology, products, and markets, you will serve as a crucial link between category teams and the sales and marketing organizations.

In this role, you will work proactively with field sales teams to manage the customer opportunity funnel in vertical markets and drive conversions into successful customer outcomes. Teamwork is essential, as you will partner with sales and business units to identify target customers, qualify opportunities, set priorities, and oversee the progress from initial engagement to market launch. Travel is required as you represent RUCKUS CommScope at trade shows, industry events, webinars, and company functions—serving as a speaker or panelist. You'll also collaborate with marketing teams to create content, develop messaging, and shape market positioning, with your enthusiasm energizing sales teams.

Additionally, you will become well-versed in RUCKUS CommScope’s end-to-end solutions, including networking and wireless technologies in unlicensed, licensed, and shared spectrum environments. The ideal candidate is driven, self-motivated, adaptable to change, and capable of managing multiple priorities. This role requires 30% travel, both domestically within the U.S. and internationally.

We are eager to talk to you if you have a strong grasp of Industry 4.0 advancements and experience with customer environments in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or industrial sectors. Join us and shape the future!

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and 10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, and 5+ years in the networking and broadband wireless industry.

  • Proven track record in driving business growth, with a keen ability to anticipate market trends and maintain a strong customer focus.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills—both verbal and written—who can effectively capture, document, and communicate key information.

  • Deep understanding of our company's vision, including our brand, customers, product goals, and overall business strategy.

  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to gather valuable insights, and leverage those findings to clearly articulate CommScope's technical strengths and unique selling points.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

Industry recognition and a network of industry relationships directly with customers and partners.
