We help construction projects optimize their project management as a consultancy and then we use our revenues to develop our own software products. We do things the Laminar Way, that is, we bring control and clarity to projects by implementing pragmatic solutions using a mix of latest technology, our own processes, and a big dose of common sense.

We are currently looking for an HR Generalist (also known as People Ops Ninja) to join our team. As a dynamic and tech-driven startup, curiosity and ingenuity are two of the main traits that we love about our applicants!
The HR Generalist plays a critical role in the day-to-day people operations: from building and implementing a stellar onboarding program, to handling HR compliance, you will help ensure an engaging and rewarding employee experience.
In this role, an ideal candidate would:
Be interested in broadening his/her skills in several HR areas, including people operations, immigration, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Find joy in helping others in a creative, proactive, and people-focused team.
Wear multiple “hats” in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications
Strong communicator in English (Required)
Proficient with MS Office (Required)
Capable of maintaining confidential information and matters with discretion (Required)
4+ years HR experience, ideally in a startup environment (Desirable)
BSc in Human Resources, Philosophy or any other related course (Desirable)
Solid organizational skills with the ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details (Desirable)
Successfully interacts with professionals at all levels (Desirable)
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where agility is required (Nice to have)
Quick understanding of new things and self-driven learner, with excellent analytical skills (Nice to have)

Salary and Benefits
Full time contract, fully remote.
Salary packages would start between 20 and 28 Lakhs (from Senior Operations Specialist to Operations Lead, respectively).
You will be supported to excel in whichever areas you are most interested in! With Laminar, development is unbounded
Note: should you be working remotely from any other location or in the process of relocation, the salary offered will be market-related to your location at the time.
In terms of application, we usually start with a screening call to tell you what we are all about in a small, casual conversation. That helps you to know us a bit better and tell us a bit about yourself. We then have an interview to better assess the starting level. From there on, it is down to the offer stage.
