JEVS Human Services Administrative Assistant in United States

JEVS Human Services currently has an exciting opportunity to join our Work Ready program as an Administrative Assistant! As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the flow of the office is maintained. You will process bills and expense reports, and will be responsible for organizing the schedule for all administrative staff. Additionally, you will have the chance to be involved with special projects as needed!

This role, located in our headquarters office in our Center City Philadelphia, offers flexibility and a hybrid environment, including 3 days each week on-site and 2 days remote. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.

General Job Duties :

  • Process bills and expense reports. Assist in tracking program expenses through daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of bills, incentives and all other client allowances.

  • Prepare and deliver payroll data.

  • Prepare and distribute statistical and program reports. Prepare business correspondence. Analyze outgoing and incoming correspondence relevant to priority.

  • Coordination of location, agenda and materials for program meetings and trainings and, as needed for division meetings. Prepare and distribute minutes following meetings.

  • Responsible for functioning and maintenance of all office and program equipment.

  • Participate in program and WI Unit Total Quality Management Implementation.

  • Assist management with collection of resources and results of the utilization from each Deep Dive group. Including but not limited to creation of excel spreadsheets, PowerPoints and any other administrative tasks.

  • High school education or equivalent

  • Three years of relevant work experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $32,000 to $39,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
