• Oversees all community-based programming across Cook and Lake counties, including all food access programs and services; Operating oversight includes:- Community centers- Parish-based ministries- Mobile response units- Community meals - Senior meal delivery

• Partnership cultivation and cross-functional collaboration - Cross-functional leader and partner, internally and externally, in bringing together immediate client needs, community partnerships, programs with high levels of volunteer staffing, . . .- Partnering closely with Mission Engagement on volunteer service and staffing- Partnering closely with Rapid Response team …- Partnering closely with Charities Hub and across all Charities client-facing programs

• Team Building- Lead multiple teams towards shared goals; coach and develop team members, cultivate a sense of shared purpose
