About You
We’re looking for a Business Analyst - Amazon Operations with a proven track record of testing and mapping various business processes and protocols. You will execute routine business analysis, conduct investigations, and deliver strategies to enhance Nutrafol’s business on Amazon. This position will deliver Amazon growth by providing routine in-depth analysis and reporting, uncovering insights, and influencing cross functional teams with a data driven mindset.
This role requires analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage stakeholder partners, and ability to quickly learn data mining tools and techniques. You will focus on improving operational efficiency, enhancing and evolving reporting, and presenting learnings out to the broader team.
Responsibilities:
Leverage data to provide performance reporting, conduct in-depth analysis, and derive actionable insights to inform optimization strategies for enhanced performance.
Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
Develop and manage communications with external agency partners and cross-functional teams to review on site performance and recommend improvements
Drive execution of analytics projects to drive awareness and visibility of Nutrafol products on Amazon
Identify and execute against learning objectives to drive continuous performance improvements through testing, analysis, and reporting.
Develop presentations and reporting to communicate with executive leadership and stakeholders
Liaise between various business departments and groups
Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain management, operations, or related field
2+ years experience with analytics tools, business and shopper insights, data-driven planning and optimization within Amazon.
Understanding of Amazon marketplace (Seller/Vendor Central) and retail eCommerce best practices
Experience managing data analysis, including tracking and delivering data and insights to cross-functional teams to drive business decisions.
Strong working knowledge of the full Google Suite (Excel, Word, Slides, etc.) and Slack
Knowledge and experience working in Tableau
Ability to demonstrate strong business judgment and attention to detail; ability to identify and articulate highest impact initiatives.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
Resourcefulness and creative problem solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range:
$75,000—$80,000 USD
