Mental Health Partners Care Coordinator | Integrated Health Home in United States

Job Profile:

  • Do you have your Bachelor in Psych, Social Work or Counseling and looking to get more experience working in mental health settings?

You will report to the Program Manager.

What we need for this job:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or a related field OR one-year experience in the behavioral health field for non-related Bachelor's degrees

  • Experience working with adults in an outpatient setting, interest in working with adults with mental illness and substance use issues

  • Must be 21 years old, have a safe driving record, a current Colorado driver's license and travel within Boulder and Broomfield Counties
