Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Case Reviewer who will be part of a dynamic team supporting our Department of Homeland Security client by reviewing reports of investigations submitted by Field Investigators and Record Searchers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to the client. Security Clearance: Active Top Secret

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of background investigation reports to ensure investigations are complete and adhere to federal and corporate standard operating procedures and requirements

• Provide guidance on background investigation requirements to Field Investigators and Record Searchers

• Maintain quality production that meets the contract requirements

• Identify trends in errors and communicate findings to Field Investigators, Record Searchers, and management

• Work closely with review team members, Field Investigators, and Record Searchers to develop training and guidance to improve the quality of background investigations

  Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, and with great attention to detail

• Excellent oral and written communication skills to correspond via all platforms including in-person

• Strong sense of customer service, teamwork attitude, and impeccable work ethic, including integrity, and "can-do " attitude

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, internet search capabilities, plus excellent time management and administrative skills are a must

• Deep sense of mission and commitment in support of national security

• Ability to complete a pre-selection process to include 80% achievement on Credential Assessment

• Work experience as a Case Reviewer supporting DHS or Intelligence client

• Past completion of New Reviewer/Investigator Training course

• Currently issued or have recently been issued a PIV/CAC card

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior background investigator experience

• Prior experience reviewing federal background investigation reports

• NTS Certification
