adQuadrant Contract - Team Lead, Campaign Management in United States

The Team Lead of Campaign Managers will be on the front lines of all partner campaigns, ensuring the success of their influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns. This role requires a proactive leader who can not only manage the team's day-to-day responsibilities but also pivot strategies swiftly to optimize campaign performance. You will be a critical cross-functional partner, working closely with our Client Partnership, Data Analytics, and Creative teams to drive results and uphold our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as the primary strategic partner to brands, aligning their goals with our campaign strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Develop and adapt strategies as needed to meet evolving brand KPIs and campaign objectives.

  • Campaign & KPI Tracking: Oversee the team responsible for tracking all campaign metrics and KPIs. Ensure that all reports are updated accurately and timely for both the client partnership team and internal stakeholders.

  • Trend & Compliance Monitoring: Proactively monitor GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and other key performance indicators, flagging any downward trends or violations immediately. Implement corrective actions to maintain campaign momentum and compliance.

  • Rapid Strategy Adaptation: Lead the team in making swift strategic pivots when necessary to ensure the success of live campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to execute changes seamlessly.

  • Live Campaign Management: Manage the calendar for live events and campaigns, ensuring all activities are monitored in real-time. Provide oversight to ensure that all live sessions run smoothly and meet client expectations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Client Partnerships, Creative, and Data Analytics to ensure all campaigns are executed effectively and align with overall brand strategy.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of campaign managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them grow professionally while ensuring the team's objectives are met.

Requirements

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Marketing or a quantitative discipline; advanced degree a plus

  • 2+ years of experience in creator/influencer management, influencer engagement, or community management.

  • Experience managing live campaigns or events is a plus.

  • The candidate will have a strong understanding and proven experience in affiliate marketing—TikTok Shop, YouTube and other emerging platforms a plus.

  • The candidate will have worked in-house for an established brand, an influencer agency or a platform partner such as TikTok.

  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in measuring and scaling creator campaigns

  • Passion for staying ahead of social media trends and digital marketing innovations

  • Sharp eye for detail and organizational skills

  • Comfort with ambiguity and with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Competitive/Performance driven mindset

Benefits

Compensation:

$30-$35 USD/ hour
