Proudly based in Moss Vale, the HarperCollins Distribution Centre is primarily responsible for the distribution of books across Australia, New Zealand and internationally, and the team is looking for a full-time customer service representative to start as soon as possible.

With our business continuing to evolve, this is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to start their career within a great company and develop their skill set. The customer service representative looks at a diverse range of customers, clients and account managers by providing an exceptional level of service from receipt of order to delivery.

The role involves multitasking through several areas and strong attention to detail is required as we pride ourselves on our reputation for excellence.

To be considered:

  • Previous customer service experience

  • High-level speed and accuracy of data entry

  • Strong work ethic with a high level of commitment

  • Ability to problem solve effectively with limited supervision

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and the ability to acquire new software skills
