This is a Unionized Facility
Shift: Weekly Rotating Schedule 7:00AM - 3:00PM/3:00PM - 11:00PM (Monday - Friday and Saturdays as needed)
Training starts on dayshift regardless of what shift you are hired for

Starting rate of $16.49 p/hr increased to $18.23 p/hr after successful completion of a probationary period.

The opportunity:
Support the operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing facility. Focusing on our customers\u2019 success will allow you opportunities to develop and grow your career in manufacturing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all units are banded properly, have a clearly visible load tag and that there are no broken or missing straps on the units.
Perform the last visual quality inspection on finished product, confirm that unit and truck counts are correct, and that all paperwork is accurate.
Process inventory control and cycle counts using RF Scanners and internal computerized system.
Unloading received materials as needed, perform a visual quality inspection on received items and confirm that delivered unit and truck counts are accurate.

What you need to succeed:
High School diploma or GED required
Forklift certification with 3-5 years forklift experience working in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
Read and understand an order spec sheet and load tags
Understand unitizing and palletizing information
Able to successfully complete Lift Truck Training and pass the written and driving skills test to become a certified Lift Truck Operator
Adapt and have ability to fit into plant safety culture
