Job Description
The Desktop Support Engineer provides technical support for desktops and laptops, including account administration, MS Exchange support, PKI assistance, device imaging and deskside support.
Responsibilities
Provide Deskside Support
Provide daily technical support for desktops and laptops
Create ServiceNow tickets for all customer requests for service and/or assistance.
Provide Move, Add and Change (MAC) Support
Image and re-image devices
Qualifications
Experience Providing On-Site Desktop Support
Experience working with Customers
Experience using ServiceNow
Past experience on Department of Veterans Affairs projects is a plus
