Job Description:

BEAT LLC, is looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer to join our prime contract and recent award for the LevelUP Data Science and Infrastructure effort. The Senior Test Engineer delivers automated and manual testing to ensure maintenance and enhancement software updates of The Unified Platform (UP) Environment are free of bugs that would negatively impact the performance, availability, confidentiality, and integrity of the system. While the role has managerial aspects, you will also be expected to perform hands-on testing tasks, and mentor other test engineers.

Generalist that can support the deployment, troubleshooting, configuration, and interoperability of systems and software.

Qualifications:

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or technical degree or industry experience equivalent.

• 7 years demonstrated experience providing technical guidance to other engineers on automation/build tools (i.e., Automation/Build Tools, Version Control, CI/CD, CM, Monitoring tools

[Automation/Build Tools:

• Packer

• Terraform

• Ansible

• Puppet

• Maven

CI/CD:

• GitLab API

• Tennable.sc API

• Relevant experience, skills, certifications, education, etc. supporting the deployment, troubleshooting, configuration, and interoperability of systems and software exceeding current and expected business value requirements through multiple significant experiences.

• Experience orchestrating or integrating development or modernization efforts across a wide span of stakeholders and contributors meeting current and expected business value requirements through a significant experience. Also, there should have been no significant non-relevant experiences identified.

• Experience with the underlying architectures for one or more legacy Unified Platform data platforms listed in the SOO or similar commercial system consistent with the SOO.

• Experience with Cloud-based systems and/or AI/Machine Learning Development.
