We’re looking for a Facilities Executive for our business in Singapore and the main job function is to ensure all facilities installations, renovations and maintenance work are carried out properly and safely on site.

What you’ll do:

• Manage daily facility operations and maintenance.

• Inspect equipment, assess risks, implement mitigations, and notify on issues.

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance policies for all systems.

• Respond to emergencies and support 24-hour incident response.

• Ensuring that facilities meet health and safety requirements, government regulations, and energy efficiency requirements

• Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for maintenance & services including security, cleaning& landscaping

• Overseeing building projects and renovations if any

• Maintaining record of plant & machineries maintenance & inspection records

• Coordinate with teams and vendors, addressing delays or conflicts.

• Perform minor repairs and weekend tasks as needed.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

• Min 5 years relevant working experience .

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services

• Whole facility maintenance and line set up and machinery troubleshooting

• Has practical knowledge of common facilities operations e.g. air-conditioning system, compressors and electrical system, and able to perform simple trouble-shooting activities on breakdowns.

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to communicate with all functions and levels.

• Ability to plan and organize effectively and efficiently.

• Ability to take initiatives and propose improvements.
