In this role you’ll work closely with senior management to increase the company's efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plan. This position provides a clear understanding of financial results, strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts. This position requires business partnership and communication with senior leadership and will participate in or lead financial planning and analysis in projects of varying complexity.

In this role, you’ll contribute to achieving the overall objectives of the Americas business through:

  • Leading P&L consolidation for the Americas Business Areas which includes planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of result deviations. Setting key financial indicators and driving action plans for achieving metrics

  • In house financial consultant for the Shared Services Team’s leadership (ComEx, Strategic Accounts, HR, IT, Accounting)

  • Ensure integrity of the financial data for month end and quarter end closings Liase with business finance market leads for variance commentary and reporting.

  • Own the Commercial Pricing Committee process while facilitating deal reviews, outcome and execution of approvals.

    What you’ll need .

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting with 5 years’ experience is a minimum qualification, and a master-level degree or MBA is highly-preferred

  • Prior managerial experience is preferred but not required.

  • Proficient in Excel modeling, data gathering, and PowerPoint creation for executive messaging
