Fedcap Functional Oracle HCM Business Analyst in United States

JOB SUMMARY

The Functional Oracle Business Analyst & Support will be responsible for providing user support and training on Oracle HCM Cloud modules, troubleshooting system issues, assist with system development and data migration projects. The analyst will also ensure the smooth operation of the system and work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provide user support and training on Oracle HCM functionalities, including Core HR, Journeys, Oracle Learning Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Reports & Analytics, Talent Management, etc.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot system issue related to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules.

  • Administer Oracle Learning Management and provide user support.

  • Assist in system development, configuration and data migration projects.

  • Develop test plans/scripts, execute testing scenarios, and validate results.

  • Track defects and validate delivered fixes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and development team to ensure smooth operation of the system.

  • Contributes to organization success by accepting new assignments, helping team members, learning new skills, and striving to improve team results.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in Oracle HCM.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required Education and Job Experience

  • B.S. or B.A. degree in related field.

  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Modules.

  • Experience working with the Oracle support opening SRs with Oracle, follow-up and issue resolution.

  • Experience in E2E Testing and debugging.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with OTBI, MS Office applications with high proficiency in Excel.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment while managing multiple projects focusing on deadlines, large volume of work, and client satisfaction concerns.

  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and ethical practice.

  • Analyze, make decisions, and resolve situations/problems effectively within the scope of responsibilities analyzing situations and data to resolve existing or potential problems.

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    Work is typically performed in an office environment and at various off-site company locations.
