We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team and be accountable for a variety of HR support duties. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. This person will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. To succeed in this role, the candidate must be familiar using HR software and tools. We are looking for someone with a process improvement mindset and proven track record of results and accountability. Ultimately, the candidate should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

This role will support the general functions of the DCL Human Resources team.

Responsibilities:

  • Will assist HR team in administrative functions related to job offers, system set-up, onboarding, updating records, offboarding, etc.

  • Maintain records of employee-related data – to ensure all employment requirements are met and in compliance.

  • Audit data regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  • Support VP of HR and HR Team on global projects.

  • Strong Excel skills required for multiple analytics and support projects.

  • Perform administrative support duties as needed by the Human Resources team.

Requirements and skills:

  • Proven experience in a relevant Human Resources role; 5+ years of experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of HR processes, compliance and best practices.

  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) is a MUST.

  • Experience and confidence with HR systems to include HRIS/HCM and ATS, experience with hands-on employee data management, employee data analytics and reporting as well as candidate data management and reporting is required.

  • Ability to handle all aspects of Human Resources confidentially

  • Strong organizational, time management and teamwork skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related experience is required.

This position is a temporary full-time, exempt position. Anticipated to run through approximately January 2025 but may be extended.

FULLY REMOTE. Must be able to travel in United States and Canada on occasion.
