ManTech ICAM Operations Lead in United States

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Identity, Credentialing, and Monitoring ( I CAM) Operations Lead to join our team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage a team of professionals responsible for:
Architecting the Air Force’s future state ICAM architecture
Designing and delivering an ICAM capability to operate in Denied, Degraded, Intermittent, or Limited (DDIL) environments
Designing and delivering an ICAM capability that provides interoperability across Mission Partner Systems
Designing and delivering an ICAM capability that incorporates devices and applications into the enterprise
Designing and delivering an ICAM capability that leverages Privileged Access
Management already deployed in the Air Force
Designing and delivering an ICAM capability on SIPRNet
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of tasks
Ensure project is delivered on time and within scope and budget
Allocating and/or tracking resources across multiple projects
Creating project plans and managing them accordingly
Working closely with business and solution resources on lifecycle deliverables
Generating weekly progress and status reports in several formats
Successfully manage relationship with the client and stakeholders
Minimize project risk
Create and maintain project documentation
Coordinate with various organizations and teams within the enterprise to ensure that all the activities and dependencies are being met by matrixed resources and other teams responsible for delivery within the organization
Brief project management, technical design, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences including senior government stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle through written as well as in-person reporting.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience maintaining 24/7/365 continuity of operations of an ICAM system supporting >5,000 users
Experience configuring and maintaining ICAM applications and services including Okta, SailPoint, RadiantLogic, Active Directory, etc.
In-depth knowledge of relevant ICAM protocols such as LDAP, SAML, RADIUS, etc.
In-depth knowledge of ICAM principles, policies, and procedures
Experience developing RMF documentation and achieving ATO within the DoD
Experience protecting an ICAM system by identifying, reporting, and remediating vulnerabilities
Experience transitioning an ICAM service from one vendor to another
Experience maintaining a software bill of materials and a secure software supply chain
Experience sustaining a performance monitoring dashboard and analyzing performance
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
A master’s degree
A minimum of (9) nine years of relevant experience
Experience working with federal government agencies
Experience with Zero Trust
Experience with DevSecOps
Clearance Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen
Possess a Secret Clearance
Must be able to obtain and maintain customer suitability
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
The projected compensation range for this position is $106,000-$150,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
