Sulzer Pumps US Inc. Inside Sales Coordinator in United States

Summary:

In this role, the candidate will serve as inside sales support, acting as a liaison between our distributors and customers. They will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to develop and manage plans that ensure sales order-related projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with the Sales team and the Business Development Manager to train accounts on our products and processes.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers with product selection, managing projects, order processing, quotations, availability, expediting

  • The customer order backlog for assigned territories / accounts

  • Database record maintenance of customer profiles

  • Preparation and maintenance of status reports

  • Database updates for order entry, credits, returns, etc.

  • Expediting emergency orders as needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • To be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; must be organized!

  • To be analytical, able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including diplomacy and negotiation skills

Experience / Educational background:

  • Ability to multi-task, keep to schedules and deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and be team focused

  • Strong ability to utilize technical knowledge and analytical skills to resolve problems.

  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in latest “Microsoft” software. SAP and Concur expense reporting a plus.

  • Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and listening skills.

  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.

Pay Range: $62,000 CAD -- $65,000 CAD

Location:

We are based in Mississauga, Ontario. This is a permanent position, where our successful candidate will join our team in a fast-paced workplace. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic, sales-oriented environment, and who enjoys the challenge of diverse responsibilities.

Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role.
