Prepare and manage cost products including price quotes; quantity take-offs; construction estimates, schedules, and work plans; parametric estimates; technical analysis of contractor proposals and recommendations for negotiation. Apply Quality Assurance/Quality Controls processes to project designs and estimates, reviewing for accuracy, completeness, and conformance with regulations and guidance to support timely project execution and minimize claims and cost growth. Applies professional knowledge of civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering in relation to design and construction features to prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
