With an unparalleled passion to change the world, our people are our creative force, and together, we are building the future as one inclusive and passionate CAE team.In this role, the Inventory Clerk will work 3:12 Schedule: Friday – Sunday 6:00 AM – 7:00 PMResponsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Assist in activities related to sourcing, procuring, and tracking needed materials and supplies for CAE facilities.

  • Work with the Supply Chain Specialist in maintaining visibility, traceability, and payment of open and closed POs for CAE facilities.

  • Issue tools and parts to mechanics as needed.

  • Perform warranty, RMA, and R&R processes as needed.

  • Update internal database to optimize parts room efficiency.

  • Oversee compliance with tool calibration, tracking, and hazardous materials.

  • Assist in maintaining appropriate FAA compliance within the CAE parts room.

  • Replenish inspection carts, hardware racks, and liquid consumables.

  • Assist with physical inventory counts and maintain a perpetual inventory bin-maintenance system.

  • Be internal/external customer-friendly and service-oriented.

  • Maintain an organize parts room and undertake projects to improve its functionality.

  • Maintain overall hangar and aircraft cleanliness, including FOD walks, cleaning floors, washing aircraft, and organizing equipment and materials.

  • Operate forklift and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting.

  • Experience in a purchasing role is highly valued.

  • Customer service-oriented and motivated to learn and grow.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
