IT Business Analyst, NetSuite Supply Chain (Contractor)

Roles and Responsibilities · Provide techno-functional expertise for implementation and support of NetSuite and FUUZ Supply Chain systems.

· Drive IT Change Management and Release Management activities to ensure systems stay in GxP compliant state.

· Work with the business on creating detailed user requirements and test scripts.

· Ensure business users and application vendors are educated on and adhere to IT Change Control and SDLC processes.

· Serve as a point of contact between end users and 3d party vendors.

· Lead requirements gathering sessions and gap analysis

· Responsible for Level 1 troubleshooting of systems’ issues

· Record and report issues to the vendors and see them through resolution.

· Drive continuous improvements by staying on top of new functionality.

· Manage system users, roles, and permissions in NetSuite and related systems.

· Monitor and support system integrations.

· Perform basic System Administration functions for Supply Chain systems integrated with NetSuite (user management, job monitoring, etc.)

· Contribute to development of functional area strategy, technology roadmaps, resource planning, and IT budgeting in alignment with overall IT and Amicus strategy.

· Manage projects and initiatives to deliver in scope, on budget, and on time solutions.

· Manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.

Requirements

Educational Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, or a related field (Equivalent education and work experience may be substituted)

Professional Work Experience

· 5+ years supporting Supply Chain organization in Life Sciences industry is required.

· 5+ years supporting Inventory Management, Supply/Demand Planning, and Procure to Pay functions using NetSuite is required.

· Experience supporting FUUZ system a plus.

· Project Management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively are required.

· 3+ years supporting supply and demand planning processes using SAP IBP is a plus.

· Experience supporting TraceLink is a plus.

Skills

· Ability to quickly learn multiple IT Systems and disperse information to others.

· Ability to work in a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

· Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
