Emergent Health Partners is currently seeking a self-motivated Information Systems Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of experience in PC troubleshooting and installation, including basic network skills. This

individual should be proficient in Windows 10, Chrome OS, Android, thin clients, and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities will include assisting staff with computer related problems, software upgrades, security maintenance and other duties as assigned.   • Minimum 1 year experience in PC installation or troubleshooting

  • Experience working with the following operating systems and software programs - Windows 10, Chrome OS, Android, thin clients, and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to perform basic diagnosing of desktop/laptop/radio hardware and software problems

  • Must be self-starter and motivated to problem solve

  • Knowledge of Computer aided dispatch and wireless electronic patient charting preferred

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Physically capable of meeting requirements including bending, crouching, kneeling and crawling under desks, in vehicles, and in other areas to install/maintain computer equipment

  • Must be able to lift and carry computer components from 5 to 75 pounds

  • Possession of valid motor vehicle operator's license with satisfactory driving record and personal transportation

  • Ability to pass company sponsored drug screen, physical and nicotine screen as well as criminal background check

  • Must be 18 years of age

  • Must possess high school diploma or GED

  • Must provide documentation to work legally within the United States
