Quad Manager, CRO in United States

Rise, a Quad Company, a rapidly growing media agency, is looking to hire a Manager, CRO who will specialize in CRO/UX. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated, and tenacious individual that is excited about getting involved in an entrepreneurial company with an expanding Fortune 500 client base.

The Manager, CRO will be responsible for owning the Conversion Rate Optimization/User Experience service line at Rise. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving the CRO and UX business strategy and designing and implementing testing plans to help improve user experience and conversion rates. They will have an opportunity to help develop the service line by creating processes and testing frameworks and finding opportunities for growth through quantitative analysis and leveraging various tools. They will also be in charge of executing A/B tests, analyzing the data, and providing recommendations to improve our clients’ performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the management and execution of clients’ CRO and UX strategy

  • Develop testing proposals and research design to improve user experience and client performance

  • Leverage tools like VWO, Convert, Contentsquare, Mouseflow into CRO strategy for clients

  • Configure A/B and multivariate tests using tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Convert and analyze results

  • Analyze data across web analytics and user testing tools and generate client-facing deliverables. Communicate findings to a wide variety of stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the Account and Media in answering ad hoc analytics questions in order to help explain changes in a client’s site performance

  • Collaborate with the CX and Web Dev teams to implement and test creative change recommendations

  • Work with Digital Strategy and Account Management teams to identify and secure new opportunities

  • Develop standardized CRO processes and templates

  • Recruit, manage, coach, and mentor direct reports and team members

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Education: Bachelor's degree required

    Experience:

  • 2-4+ years experience in CRO

  • VWO experience is a must

  • Experience setting up complex tests in testing platforms, with experience across different platforms a plus

  • Experience with heat mapping, and session replay analysis using tools such as VWO, Mouseflow, or CrazyEgg, Wevo,

  • Experience analyzing site analytics data using Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of statistical significance testing

  • Basic data visualization skills; experience with Data Studio or Tableau preferred

  • Basic understanding of online marketing including PPC, SEO, Programmatic, Social etc.

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript (JS), HTML, and CSS a huge plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently

  • Ability to work with cross-sectional teams

  • Attention to detail and natural curiosity are a must
