About the role

As a Clinical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Point-of-Care product line and supporting healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.

What you will be doing

Product Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our Point-of-Care product line, aligned with the needs of healthcare providers and patient care objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineers, marketing and regulatory affairs to ensure product alignment with industry standards and regulations.

Product Lifecycle Management:

Manage the entire product lifecycle for point-of-care solutions, from concept to launch, including product roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and regulatory compliance.

Define product specifications, usability requirements, and workflow integration to optimize user experience and clinical workflows.

Lead the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of product features and functionalities, adhering to quality standards and regulatory guidelines.

Commercial support

Work closely with our sales leader to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies (direct and through preferred resellers) for new Point-of-Care products, including market segmentation, target customer identification (e.g., hospitals, ASC, Long Term Care facilities), and promotional activities.

Clinical Feedback and Validation:

Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinicians, and key opinion leaders, reseller partners to gather feedback, conduct usability studies, and validate product performance in clinical settings.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred)

  • Minimum 7 years proven experience as a product manager in the healthcare industry with a focus on medical equipment or point-of-care solutions.

  • Hands-on experience in a clinical environment

  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare IT systems, and regulatory requirements for medical devices.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of product management methodologies, agile development practices, and project management tools specific to healthcare environments.

  • Familiarity with medical device regulations and experience navigating the healthcare regulatory landscape.
