We are seeking a dynamic, experienced sales trainer to join our growing team to deliver best-in-class training to our field sales team, for live in-person and virtual settings.

Manager, Sales Training is critical to the success of the organization as it will help increase the effectiveness of the field sales team by providing training support for all new resources, skills, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop training content to the field sales team for marketing resources, sales operations tools/resources, selling skills and compliance initiatives, for live in-person and virtual settings.

  • Develop workshop objectives tied to sales and brand strategy and develop corresponding workshop content to meet sales meeting deadlines.

  • Ensure all training programs/content comply with industry regulations and company policies and are approved by the Promotional Review Committee

  • Effectively manage vendor partners and the training content from the development phase through Promotional Review Committee approval

  • Design engaging and effective training materials, including workshops, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments.

  • Maintain training and development expertise to ensure ITCI sales training initiatives are on the cutting edge.

  • Update all training materials as needed.

  • Continuously evaluate and improve training content based on feedback, industry trends, and performance metrics.

  • Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, sales operations, compliance, and Promotional Review Committee teams to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company objectives.

  • Manage Learning Management System content for all training related content.

  • Leverage technology to create efficiency and enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business, education, science/biology/medicine/pharmacy preferred.

  • Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales and 1+ years sales training experience in a home office environment required with Neuroscience experience preferred.

  • The role requires strong collaboration skills to work with key stakeholders in developing ongoing training programs.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills are necessary to effectively execute the responsibilities of this position.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

  • Required technical abilities in use of various software/hardware platforms necessary to execute new hire training.

Manager, Sales Training – Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
