THE OPPORTUNITY

A Market Research Analyst is expected to:

• Work with the marketing team to enhance coverage of industry events (such as major new product launches or new technology innovations) and coordinate viewpoints from across TechInsights’ analyst community.

• Efficiently audit, review, and categorize TechInsights’ research across the semiconductor value chain

• Synthesize that research to provide high level views of key research topics, such as AI or sustainability.

• Be able to create new research, both unguided and working with other analysts, to enhance our existing research.

• Package research in a meaningful way to help clients understand the market landscape through the world-class research from TechInsights analyst teams.

• Drive usage and discoverability of TechInsights research by developing novel content distribution vehicles.

  The Analyst will contribute towards the corporate goal of achieving 100K active users on the TechInsights Platform by driving usage of our research.

  WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work with marketing team to provide coverage.

• Write blogs and other time-sensitive content, in conjunction with relevant analysts across TechInsights

• Read existing research. 

• Develop a taxonomy by topic. 

• Highlight key research pieces.

• Execute delivery of content through existing distribution vehicles.

• Write complimentary overviews to guide clients through that research.

• Conduct novel research where required, and work with analyst teams to ensure future content delivery.

• Work with the platform team, analyst teams, and the marketing teams to enhance existing content delivery vehicles and develop new ways to showcase the research in a meaningful way to clients.

  WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, engineering or journalism). Professional work experience in a related industry would be advantageous.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• Polished business writing skills and an ability to communicate complex concepts simply and succinctly.

• Strong intellectual curiosity: ability to quickly locate and retrieve data and summarize salient points from different information sources.

• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment; and to work independently as well as part of a diverse global team.

• Understand the key business drivers and research needs of companies in the semiconductor value chain, and deliver research appropriately.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
