Logitech Marketing Manager - Government Industry in United States

The Role and Team:

Logitech is looking for a seasoned marketing professional to join our Verticals and Business Accelerator team, which is launching and nurturing high growth businesses for Logitech and providing innovative technology solutions for our customers. This newly created role will help Logitech build a strong presence in the US government vertical by bringing a deep understanding of the IT decision maker customer audience and leading marketing efforts for this new vertical.

In this role you will:

  • Marketing strategy and planning: create marketing strategies and campaigns to deepen customer penetration within US government agencies and achieve marketing and business objectives

  • Audience insights and trends: provide deep insights into the target IT decision maker buyer and influencer audiences, buying process and considerations, and stay abreast of the latest government technology procurement regulations and trends to inform marketing, communication, and product portfolio development

  • Create foundational materials including messaging, personas, competitive positioning and customer journeys

  • Content plans and creation: craft compelling marketing content and collateral such as thought leadership white papers, product datasheets, digital advertising assets, webinar/event presentations, and sales enablement materials to be activated across a range of touchpoints such as email, website, paid advertising, events, etc

  • Channel marketing: develop impactful programs for critical partners in collaboration with colleagues in channel marketing and sales

  • Industry partnerships: identify and engage with key industry and alliances partners and influencer communities in collaboration with partnership marketing and business development colleagues

  • Performance monitoring and optimization: Monitor and analyze performance across campaigns to drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts

Key Qualifications:

  • Exceptional relevant B2B vertical marketing experience in the technology sector

  • Deep understanding of and experience marketing to the US government IT decision maker buyer audience

  • Channel marketing experience preferred

  • Team/interpersonal: ability to collaborate and influence across functions and groups in a complex, growing organization and with external agencies and partners

  • Ability to translate insights into impact: build plans, identify and execute the highest impact ideas and tactics to achieve business objectives

  • Communication: excellent writing, editing, presentation and public speaking skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Bias for Action with a track record of delivering exceptional business results

  • Willingness to travel up to 15%

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience preferred

This position offers an annual salary typically between $ 96K and $ 215K, depending on location and experience. In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
