Mölnlycke is now looking for a Marketing Manager ORS Benelux.
As a Marketing Manager ORS Benelux, there is great opportunity and variety in activity day to day. You’ll be leading and developing the Benelux ORS marketing organization, setting direction for the future, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. All the while keeping our business priorities of digitalisation, customer centricity, and sustainability at the heart of what you do.
You’ll be our knowledge expert in the ORS portfolio, developing relationships with all decision-makers within the sales process to be seen as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team with a focus on people development and organizational efficiency.
Develop and communicate the ORS BNL marketing strategy based on global and EMEA strategies.
Identify and implement marketing concepts to transform the BNL ORS market coverage model.
Drive identification and collection of customer segment data.
Ensure marketing drives strategic themes such as sustainability and adaption of new technologies.
Oversee and manage the product launch process.
Provide support for pre-tender, tender, and post-tender processes.
Summarize local market needs and communicate them to global and EMEA marketing organizations.
Coordinate the Marketing team to ensure high efficiency and productivity.
Plan and manage the marketing budget and sales planning in cooperation with Sales.
Collect and implement input related to product and service improvement opportunities.
Establish and implement a KOL strategy and build an opinion leader network with ORS customers.

What you’ll need:
Academic degree in business/commercial management, e.g., MBA
Proven track record within core areas of launches, product LCM, and concept selling
Experience in change management and organization building across multiple markets
Product and market dynamics knowledge in the ORS area or comparable area
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
