The incumbent will oversee all marketing related activities for the company’s business, create market and customer demand, and develop market strategies to drive sales for ZOLL’s Automated External Defibrillators in targeted region.

Essential Functions:
Be attuned to the development of the market in APAC: market landscape, competitive landscape & updates and customers development
Be involved in the formulation and execution of regional marketing plan (strategic imperatives, growth drivers & key programs)
Drive marketing concepts to both internal and external team members (distributors)
Oversee development of activities related to professional marketing, including KOL management, expert meetings/conferences, advisory board management, speakers/trainers management, (clinical) newsletter etc.
Develop new product launch plans and oversee the successful implementation and execution of product launches throughout target region
Monitor new products i.e., sales (revenues, units), sales growth, market share and margins
Prepare and adapt marketing materials and ensure that the materials are available for distribution in accordance with the company’s cycle action plan
Understanding of competitive landscape, gathering of market intelligence and data for analysis and strategy formulation
Required/ Preferred Education and Experience:
5 to 10 years of experience in a Marketing experience of similar capacity
Marcom, Multi Media experience, with ability to lobby for government legislation, funding, and media coverage of key events would be an advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care, Marketing or related field
Regional exposure to Marketing Communications and Multi-Media initiatives
Basic knowledge in entire product management
Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills. Enjoys interacting and develop solid working relationships with management, staff and peers
Technically savvy with electronic media and computer skills
Experience with execution of marketing / product management & clinical activities preferred
