Job Overview

Bajo las instrucciones del Supervisor(a) de turno lleva a cabo tareas donde se le requiere, pero no se limita a pesar, vigilar, posicionar, empacar, contar y segregar materiales que serán utilizados para fabricar o moldear, según aplique, piezas en las diferentes áreas de manufactura. Reabastece materiales a las áreas de producción de acuerdo al “Production Order”.

A Day In The Life

  • Responsable de transferir la resina desde el área de mezclado a las máquinas y se asegura que la resina colocada en las secadoras cumple con los parámetros de secado establecidos para el material.

  • Se asegura del buen funcionamiento de las máquinas que usan material molido (“Regrind”); entendiendo la importancia de su uso correcto.

  • Asegura se utilice el por ciento (%) correcto de molido en los productos aprobados y previamente identificados para uso del material molido.

  • Requisa y comparte con el “Mixer” la responsabilidad de cubrir, de manera preventiva para evitar contaminación, la materia prima almacenada en contenedores, “gaylords” o cualquier otro envase.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Cuarto año de Escuela Superior completado en una institución acreditada.

  • Saber leer, escribir y comprender a un nivel intermedio el idioma Español.

  • Destrezas de matemática básica tales como: suma, resta, multiplicación, y división de números enteros, son requeridas.

  • Conocimiento y experiencia práctica en el uso de “pallet jacks”, montacargas, y otros equipos de acarreo relacionado, requerido.
