Your job will be to manage the project control activities for the End To End Insulin Flex Facility project for our new Chinese site.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of the End to End (E2E) over IFF China Project schedule including but not limited to resource loading of, implementation Earned Value Measurement tracking tools, float analysis, development of early / late progress curves.

• Lead the development and management of an accurate cost forecast (spent planned/invoicing with payment terms vs. actual and commitment planned/placement of PO vs. actual) for the IFF China project, End to End.

• Managing and reporting on project change control (Engineering change management)

• Support the IFF Project Control team for Risk Assessment (manage the risk table) and determination of appropriate level of contingency required to complete the project.

• Manage and support timely preparation of weekly or monthly status reports and Steering committee preparation.

Experience

• Strong experience (>10 years) in project control

• Significant experience in contract management.

Technical skills

• Strong knowledge on Project Control requirements.

• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling tool.

• Basic understanding of Biotech manufacturing and pharma business

Education

• University degree such as Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering or Business studies

Languages

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

• French and German are a plus.
