Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Analyst who is also a full-stack.NET Developer with robust server-side knowledge and a full understanding of SQL databases to join our Web and Digital Team. The ideal candidate will take on a tech lead role, driving the development and implementation of innovative web and digital solutions has experience with Angular, Bootstrap, and SQL Server, and possesses excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, APIs, and database solutions using Microsoft .NET technologies. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in B2B platforms and intranet applications to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is a consulting position, offering the opportunity to work on diverse projects and make a significant impact on our digital strategy. Key Responsibilities: Program Analysis:

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of web and digital program requirements.

• Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones with the Project Manager.

  .NET Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using the .NET framework.

• Ensure high-quality code through thorough testing and debugging.

• Implement best practices for software development and deployment.

• Optimize application performance and scalability.

  Server Side Development:

• Develop and manage server-side components to support web applications.

• Ensure secure and efficient communication between server and client-side applications.

• Manage databases, including design, optimization, and maintenance.

• Monitor server performance and implement necessary updates and patches.

  SQL Database Management:

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases to support application requirements.

• Perform complex queries and optimize database performance.

• Ensure data integrity and implement security measures.

• Conduct regular database backups and recovery procedures.

  Tech Lead Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.

• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.

• Extensive server-side development experience.

• Full understanding and experience with SQL database design, optimization, and management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.

  Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in .NET framework, C#, and ASP.NET.

• Strong understanding of server-side technologies and architectures.

• Full understanding of SQL databases, including complex queries and performance optimization.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Angular, and Bootstrap.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
