As Pricing, Tender and Contracts Administrator you will play a key role in providing administrative support in the tender and contract processes by ensuring timely, accurate and compliant preparation of pricing schedules, documents and submissions. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that tender responses meet the required specifications while aligning with commercial objectives.
Location: Belrose, NSW
What you’ll do
Coordinate, develop and present pricing proposals, ensuring clarity and transparency in pricing structures
Assist in the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders and proposals
Prepare and maintain tender documentation, ensuring all necessary supporting documents and approvals are included.
Support incoming pricing requests and coordinate pricing review process
Coordinate the end-to-end tendering process, from reviewing request for proposals (RFPs) to final submission
Work with internal teams to gather information and provide accurate pricing and contract details
Monitor post-tender processes and performance, providing ongoing support and analysis
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor pricing, and industry regulations
Ensure all contractual terms are understood, negotiated, and aligned with company policies and risk management guidelines

What you’ll need
Relevant degree within Business, Finance & Accounting
Experience in a pricing, tender administration or contract management role
Strong understanding of the tender process and contract lifecycle
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills (Vlookup etc.)
