Overview:Jabil Inc. is seeking a skilled Procurement & Supply Chain Services Consultant to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, India Office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Procurement & Supply Chain industry, with a proven track record of success in business development, lead nurturing, and opportunity identification/qualification. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with renowned/global CRMs (likes of MS Dynamics, Salesforce), proven strategic account-based prospecting experience, and should have supported EMEA &/or APAC Region.Please note, this is not a remote location and selected team member would be required to operate out of our Mumbai (Andheri East) office.Responsibilities:Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Procurement & Supply Chain Services sector.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.CRM Utilization: Utilize renowned/global Sales CRMs like Zoho, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, and Zendesk effectively to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.Strategic Account-Based Prospecting: Do proper due diligence on individuals and target companies to drive strategic account-based prospecting activities.Regional Experience: Should understand the geographical and cultural nuances across APAC & EMEA to effectively identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges.Lead Nurturing and Opportunity Qualification: Identify and implement strategies for lead nurturing and opportunity qualification to ensure a robust pipeline of potential clients.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.Reporting: Provide regular reports on prospecting activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Procurement & Supply Chain Services.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Procurement & Supply Chain industry.2. Comfortable with renowned/global CRMs like MS Dynamics or Salesforce.3. Strong account-based prospecting experience.4. Experience working across the Middle East &/or APAC Region.5. Proven success in lead nurturing and opportunity qualification.6. Comfortable working with MS Office Tools.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.9. Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. 10. MBA in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
