    To strengthen our team in Pilsen, we are looking for you, for the Operational Excellence department:

    Productivity Manager

    Job Responsibilities

  • Initiation and processing of optimization projects in various areas

  • Application of Six Sigma and LEAN methods to improve processes

  • Actively introducing opportunities for improvement and checking the implementation

  • and effectiveness of the measures

  • Processing optimization projects with a focus on cost optimization and

  • increasing efficiency

  • Taking over project management in improvement projects

  • Carrying out dynamic material flow simulations

  • Supporting systems and tools in productivity management (interface between users and IT)

  • Interdisciplinary work in a motivated team within the scope of projects

    Job Requirements

  • Completed engineering degree, e.g. industrial engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.

  • Professional experience in project management desirable

  • Experience in improvement projects (Six Sigma, LEAN) advantageous

  • Six Sigma Black Belt desirable

  • High level of communication and presentation skills

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting

  • Ability to work in a team and a high degree of flexibility

  • Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative

  • Strong goal and result orientation
