Program Manager Location: Charlotte, NC/ Hybrid Duration: 18 Months Description: Program Manager: The Program Manager will be aligned to the Client Initiatives team supporting new bank operating account oversight responsibilities. Responsibilities : Evaluate and document current operating account policies, processes and controls to determine areas of enhancement. Develop an operating model to ensure bank operating account controls are in adherence with policy and standard requirements. Collaborate with GO operating account owners/delegates, GMO Bank Account policy owner, Technology, Fraud, GIS and Third Party partners to ensure compliance, security and development of new processes or reporting. Develop oversight controls and ongoing monitoring routines. Required Skills : Risk and/or Control experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to tailor messaging to senior management, Internal business partners. Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities; execution-oriented with ability to quickly organize work and execute with speed. Detail-oriented, while still being able to see the big picture; quickly makes connections and thinks enterprise. Organizationally savvy and strong influence skills; can work across organizational lines and regions to gain consensus and buy-in from senior stakeholders; leverages relationships to influence outcomes and drive decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
