Location: Richmond, VA/ Kennesaw, GA/ Hybrid Duration: 12 months Description: Preferred educational background or certification-IT degree preferred or substantially equivalent experience Required (hard) skills/experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial industry and some level of risk experience.

• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, and SharePoint.

• Experience working with MRAs, Regulatory deliverables, Consent Orders, Audit, or Issues Management.

• Strong program/project management.

  Preferred skills/experience

• Proven ability to successfully lead major projects/large work efforts.

• Experience in banking technology (ideally with some years at client)

• Any Risk or Audit certifications (CISA, CISSP)

• Strong relationship management skills to navigate the complexities of aligning key stakeholders, building consensus, and resolving conflicts in a large, distributed organization; proven ability to influence peers/stakeholders and build trust engaging with (SME’s, 1LQA, 2nd line/3rd line).

• Exceptional communication skills: ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally and to feel comfortable synthesizing content from subject matter experts to clearly articulate complex subject matters to a variety of audiences.

• Ability to present key messages, recommendations, and information in a clear, concise, and insightful way to executive level leadership at meetings including (SLT, KRR, Reg. Steerco)
