Avania are hiring - Proposal Associate on a 6 month Contract

The main responsibility of the Proposal Associate role is to coordinate the proposal development process.

The Proposal Associate works with all key operational areas to develop cost and text proposals. This includes collaborating with Avania’s subject matter experts to coordinate proposal text and budget development, prioritization of client requests, and interaction with key Avania subject matter experts to prepare high quality client deliverables.

The Proposal Associate may also support the smooth transition of awarded proposals to the Project Manager, including first-run revisions and support of negotiations to cost and text for newly awarded projects along with changes in project scope

The Proposal Associate will be a Hybrid role with 2-3 days based in our Sydney office on a 6 month contract

We seek -

• Excellent knowledge of relevant software (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, Databases.

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

• Detail oriented with strong oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities/deadlines for deliverables ranging from low to moderate complexity.

• Ability to participate in internal strategy meetings
