Aggreko QHSE Specialist – North East Asia in United States

Purpose of the Job
Ensure effective implementation of QHSE policies and procedures and assist in a sustainable culture of QHSE at depots and site locations across the then North-East Asia business (Japan / South Korea / Taiwan). What you’ll do
Assist in the implementation of policies, processes that promote continuous improvement of Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment
Assist in the completion of project tenders relating to QHSE
Providing advice and assistance to functional managers, supervisors and staff
Assists in ensuring compliance to local legislative requirements across the Aggreko North-East Asia region including Japan, South Korea and Taiwan
Assist in producing learning/safety alerts in line with reports received within the global risk and accident database
Assist in the QHSE internal and external audit programme
Maintains Aggreko QHSE documentation and support translation
Ensure adherence to Aggreko’s policies, procedures and standards in sites and depots.
Assist and deliver QHSE training to staff.
Assist QHSE induction to new starters and existing employees
Conduct Risk assessments
Assist in accident/incident investigations
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
High level written and verbal communication (English and Japanese)
University Degree Qualifications in related discipline preferred
Possess certified course in Health, Safety or Environmental
Auditing experience preferably with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
Computer literate, experience with MS office packages
Effective administrator, well organized and methodical
Able to travel with in the North East Asia Region
