Mölnlycke is now looking for a Raw Material Coordinator who has experience and a desire to work with people to be a part of our growth in Mikkeli, Finland.

In this position you will enable factory production to produce according to plan by making RM available. You will collaborate with suppliers about call off of RM and delivery performance.
You will manage inventory supplier in such way that supports optimization of the global supply chain performance and ensure product availability in line with applicable targets.
You will be Collecting input from Supply Network planner and production scheduler about future requirement short and long term and act as contact to RM supplier and you will place purchase orders to suppliers and follow up del performance.
These are the main accountabilities for this position
Ensure proactive, timely and accurate communication to key stakeholders across the value chain to mitigate any risks and facilitate timely decisions as needed.
Maintain planning Master data for raw material following the policies given by SNP.
Set up new materials and contribute to PIPO project thriving to minimize left over costs
Place call offs & follow up shipments and forecast sharing
Follow up transactional data correctness such as PO updates
In case of delivery deviations inform stakeholders and work jointly on solution and impact assessment
Keep close contact with QC in order to take supply action plan when complaints to vendor.
Identify and drive improvement within RM planning and initiatives to reach targets set in organization
Drive inventory health, scrapping activities for RM toward agreed targets
Gather input from Supply network planner and share with RM supplier with the target to secure mid and long term feasible plan
In case of conflicting targets and interested involve SNP for alignment
Proactively identify potential supply risks along all horizons and define alternative mitigation scenario (e.g. what-if scenarios).
Focus on RM stock values; Supplier performance (OTD); Service level on RM in site and SLOB & scrap on RM
What you’ll need
Bachelors’ degree in the logistics field or procurement, or similar
Experience in the manufacturing/supply chain area
Working language is Finnish and English so therefor both is needed
Minimum experience of 2 years in a MRP system.
SAP and Maestro (previous Rapid Response) knowledge
Problem solving capabilities and Lean knowledge
Ability to plan and prioritize multiple work activities, identify and resolve supply problems, track and monitor inventory levels of various RM.
Ability to interact with external business partners / suppliers
To be successful in this role you will need to be agile and able to work under time pressure with short deadlines.
You will need to be customer-centric, results driven and at the same time team-focused.
Additionally you will need to be structured and well organized.
